At Oniara, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, so we do our best to ensure a smooth and fair return and refund experience.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All tags and labels must still be attached.

The return request must be made within 60 days of purchase.
Any items returned after 60 days will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Intimate or sanitary products.

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). Our team will respond with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are returning an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (such as your debit/credit card or PayPal account).
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenāt received your refund yet:

7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4ā7 business days across the United States.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Gift Wrapping
Please note: We do not offer gift wrapping or special gift packaging services at this time.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@oniara.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
